Mary’s Meadow at Providence Place is a unique nursing home that embraces the Small-House Concept. The facility prioritizes independence and self-reliance, with four separate houses hosting ten residents each. A staffing ratio of 10 residents to 2 Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) supports personalized care. Shifts available: 1st or 2nd.

Compensation: $20.16 - $26.52 per hour, depending on verification of experience and qualifications.

• As a CNA at Mary’s Meadow, you will deliver holistic and resident-centered care under the guidance of a licensed nurse.
• Listen to reports and obtain assignments at the start of your shift to understand each resident's current care plans.
• Provide personalized care, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Participate in collaborative care planning meetings to create resident-centered care plans.
• Observe residents, promptly report changes or reactions to the nurse.
• Document care accurately in our electronic medical record system.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and clean up afterward, honoring residents’ preferences.
• Assist with laundry and maintain a clean, welcoming home environment.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to meet residents’ needs and ensure safety and engagement.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Report accidents and incidents, follow safety protocols, and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Actively participate in educational programs and maintain required certifications.

• Maintain a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Massachusetts.
• Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
• Showcase culinary skills for meal preparation.
