The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for child (ages 5‑17), adult, geriatric and forensic patients. You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN) Required, BSN Preferred.

• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable) Required.

• BLS (CPR) – Required upon hire.
• CPI or Handle With Care – Preferred.
• ACLS – Preferred.
• CRRN – Preferred.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required.
• 6+ months Med/Surg experience – Preferred.
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience – Preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills.
• Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a passion for patient‑centered care.
• Understanding of Trauma‑informed care – Preferred.

Our Behavioral Health Department is a 150‑bed inpatient facility designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation. With a 1:6–1:8 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
