Pediatric Psych Registered Nurse; RN

Base Pay Range

$42.00/hr - $57.00/hr

Job Type: Part‑time – Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for child (ages 5-17), adult, geriatric and forensic patients. You'll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN) – Required, BSN Preferred
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable) – Required

• BLS (CPR) – Required upon hire
• CPI or Handle With Care – Preferred
• ACLS – Preferred
• CRRN – Preferred

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required
• 6+ months Med/Surg experience – Preferred
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience – Preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills
• Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure
• Team‑oriented with a passion for patient‑centered care
• Understanding of Trauma‑informed care – Preferred
