Overview

Our Clinician Compass Program is designed to guide you through every stage of your BCBA certification journey until you become a BCBA.
What We’re Offering- Total Annual Earning Potential:
Equivalent up to almost $60,000 per year - Base Compensation: $22.50 - $27.25 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography with a future career path to $85,000+ base salary as a BCBA
- Opportunity to participate in ALP’s exclusive Clinician Compass Program, which includes three pathways toward your BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, focused mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 in incentive bonuses for completing your Masters program and passing the BACB exam
- Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed

Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO, accruing from Day 1 - Education and Mentorship:

Schedule:
Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings, midday, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (paid extra for evenings). No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions - Our Promise:

- Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under supervision
- Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
- Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload
- Aspiring BCBAs seeking support to finish their journey – the Compass Program accelerates the path to becoming a BCBA
- Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
- Experience using software solutions for data collection and programming
- 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ideal candidates will be 6-12 months from being ready to sit for BACB Exam
