Payrate: $17-$25.69 an hour

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
• Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities
• Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Behavioral Health Experience Preferred
• BLS and CPI required (classes offered during orientation if you do not have it)
• CNA license preferred
