* Job Description:
** - Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of psychiatric and emotional support? - We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our innovative behavioral health team!

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core principles of care.
- Collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
- Contribute to each patient’s individual treatment plan through goal development, implementation, and documentation.
- Utilize critical thinking and effective communication skills to enhance patient care.

* Qualifications:
** - RN license in the State of Massachusetts is required; BSN is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatric experience required.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred.

* Skills:
** - Advanced knowledge of Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities.
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Strong crisis management and time management skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical records and effective oral and written communication.
- Flexible, creative, and capable of managing stressful situations calmly and professionally.
