In partnership with the Program Director, the Licensed Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and supporting the daily operations of our client care programs. This individual will help ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines and will work under the guidance of the Program Director.

• Active Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) – REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle for commuting to one of our office locations

• Full-time – Salary $75,000 to $85,000
