MCN Cleaning Solutions | Anglesey

30 hours per week (initial contract)

Up to £34,500 per annum (pro rata)

Pathway to full-time (40 hours) after probation

MCN is entering its next phase.

We are building a structured operational infrastructure model to support the growth of holiday home operations across Anglesey and North Wales.

We are hiring an Operations Lead
.

This is not a remote management role.

This is hands‑on operational leadership.

You will:

• Lead daily changeover operations across our portfolio
• Work alongside the team on‑site every day
• Oversee linen logistics and stock discipline
• Maintain and enforce structured quality audits
• Ensure properties meet defined company standards
• Report directly to the Founder

You are responsible for standards, not just schedules.

You are:

• Highly organised
• Calm under pressure
• Detail‑oriented and structured
• Comfortable holding others accountable
• Physically capable of working on‑site daily

You believe structure creates culture.

You understand that “good enough” erodes standards.

This role begins at 30 hours per week.

For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to 40 hours per week following a successful probation period.

We are building long‑term infrastructure. This role grows with the business.

Our current Operations Lead is transitioning into a new role within the business. This is a critical hire for our next stage of growth.

We are not looking for someone to supervise from a distance.
