Overview
Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading distribution company to locate their next Human Resources Manager
.
Location: Holtsville, NY (On-site)
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site

- Manage HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance across the organization.
- Develop Policies & Procedures: Create, implement, and update HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support Leadership: Partner with department heads to develop staffing plans, address performance issues, and enhance organizational culture.
- Experienced HR Leader: 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled at handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and influencing leadership teams.
- Process & Compliance Focused: Knowledgeable in NY labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
