CNA - Nursing Assistant - AFTERNOONS (Holt, MI)
You will earn: $23.55 per hour!
- Starting wage at $19.15 per hour
- PLUS $1.00 per hour for Shift Premium / 2nd shift
- PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing.
- Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration (TPR), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
- Observe and report, as needed, significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
- Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting peers and getting the job done.
