About the Role

Join our award‑winning team at Holt Senior Care & Rehab Center, a 2025 National Quality Silver Award winner located less than 10 miles from downtown Lansing. Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Compensation
  • Starting wage: $35.15 per hour
  • Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
  • Third‑shift premium: $4.00 per hour
  • Yearly wage increases
  • Nights: $42.55 per hour + $10,000 sign‑on bonus (and additional shift premium)

Schedule
  • 8‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends & some holidays
  • Full‑time position
  • Third shift / midnights
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients/families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
  • Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families and visitors.
  • Oversee the nursing aide team, giving direction, assignments, training and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Current Michigan RN license (employer will verify). CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • High analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

Licensure required: RN Registered Nurse. Certifications required: CPR‑BLS Certification.
