Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

• Full‑time employees eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary products
• Part‑time employees (≤29 hrs/week) eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short‑Term Disability
• Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

• Work with caregivers to ensure assisted‑living principles and Bickford’s culture are integrated into resident care
• Develop and participate in an on‑call schedule to support clinical needs after hours
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance engagement
• Oversee and manage medication administration to ensure residents receive medications per physician orders
• Coordinate health‑care services with external providers and physicians to meet resident needs
• Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care services for branch residents

• LPN or RN license
• Willing to pursue additional training or education required by state
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competent organizational and time‑management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
