Operations Manager - Holt Area

Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and quality control processes.
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, robotics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) at an administrative or super-user level.
