Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and execute Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using various CI methodologies.
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to all levels of staff.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized best practices and sustain improvements.
- Coach and mentor employees on CI principles, problem-solving techniques, and project management.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, coach teams, and foster a continuous improvement culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
- Proficiency with Minitab or other advanced statistical analysis software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling business cases and quantify financial returns for CI initiatives.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and experience integrating CI with automation, IoT, or advanced analytics.
- Experience with advanced CI methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
