Continuous Improvement Manager - Holt Area

Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

• Lead, manage, and execute Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using various CI methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to all levels of staff.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized best practices and sustain improvements.
• Coach and mentor employees on CI principles, problem-solving techniques, and project management.

• Proven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, coach teams, and foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
• Proficiency with Minitab or other advanced statistical analysis software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling business cases and quantify financial returns for CI initiatives.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and experience integrating CI with automation, IoT, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with advanced CI methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
