Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed cost analysis of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods to identify cost drivers and areas for efficiency.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for production, overhead, and capital expenditures.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods, for manufacturing operations.
- Analyze inventory valuations, obsolescence, and turnover rates, providing insights into working capital management.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests for new machinery or facility upgrades, performing ROI and payback period analyses.
- Partner with operations leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform product line profitability analysis and margin analysis to support pricing and strategic decisions.
- Strong proficiency in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction, analysis, and process improvement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to analyze capital expenditure proposals and evaluate ROI for manufacturing investments.
- Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles or Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of supply chain finance concepts
