Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to meet production schedules.
- Develop and implement robust material planning strategies, including MRP, to ensure timely availability of components.
- Oversee demand forecasting and production scheduling processes to align material procurement with manufacturing requirements.
- Lead and mentor the materials planning, inventory control, and warehousing teams.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure efficient material flow throughout the supply chain.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce material waste, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies related to material handling and storage.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, planning, and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, JIT, and supply chain best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation.
- Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with specific ERP systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP S/4
