Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing initiatives to optimize cost and supply chain efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with a global network of suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Negotiate favorable contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
• Manage and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, specifically within manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation for manufacturing materials.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, optimize inventory, and achieve significant cost savings.

• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for procurement modules.
• Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
• Demonstrated experience in international sourcing and managing global supply chains.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
