Bookkeeper - Holt Area

Salary Range

$51,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

• Manage and reconcile all general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payments for raw materials and operating expenses.
• Handle accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collection activities.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and assist with cost of goods sold calculations.

• Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold (COGS), and job costing in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP Business One) and ERP systems common in manufacturing.
• Ability to accurately prepare financial statements and support month-end/year-end close processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records and data entry.

• Experience with inventory costing and tracking.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
