Overview
Due to a strong order book and winning new work, we are currently looking for an experienced press-brake operator, who can set and operate Amada press brakes. Key attributes must be able to produce high quality sheet metal parts to fine limit specifications.
Responsibilities- Highly focused and motivated individual, proactive in wanting to improve processes where possible.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect components to ensure they meet required specifications throughout production, and accurately carry out first-off inspections for others if required.
- Maintain a high standard of timekeeping and attendance.
- Follow instructions carefully and precisely.
- Time served engineer or holding a relevant engineering NVQ or equivalent qualification. (Not essential if coming from a long-established sheet metal background.)
