An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician / Technologist with 5 years of experience to join a well‑established architectural practice delivering high‑quality, sustainable design solutions with a strong focus on residential and commercial projects.

This full‑time role offers hybrid working options, a salary range of GBP 28,000 to GBP 38,000, and benefits.

• Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit
• Coordinating technical design information across multiple project stages
• Preparing and submitting planning and building regulations applications
• Liaising with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to support smooth delivery
• Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, building safety standards and best practice
• Incorporating sustainable design principles into technical solutions

• Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Part 2 Architectural Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong background of 5 years in UK residential design and construction, including new builds and conversions.
• Member of CIAT (ACIAT, MCIAT) or RIBA.
• Skilled in producing RIBA Stage 4 and 5 drawing packages.
• Advanced Revit capability with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
