Working Hour: Full-time – 4 nights on / 4 nights off rotation

We are looking for reliable, compassionate Waking Night Support Workers who can work independently, manage risk, and support young people overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies 🤝
- Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
- Supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing and daily activities
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working independently and using initiative during night shifts
Shift Pattern: 22:30 – 08:00 (4 nights on / 4 nights off rotation)
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
