We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Workers who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals 🤝
- Supporting young people with daily routines, education, and emotional wellbeing
- Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate and high-quality records
- Supporting young people to develop independence and life skills

No previous experience is required – you will receive 3 weeks of classroom training followed by shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and supported.
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
