Position: Support Worker (Days & Nights )

Support Worker (Days & Nights) (Holmfirth)

Join Hollybank Trust as a Support Worker for days and nights operating in Holmfirth.

Holmfirth, HD9

Salary

£12.31 per hour for day shifts – £12.91 for night shifts

Hours

Full‑time and part‑time shifts available, including day, night, and twilight schedules.

The role of a Support Worker
  • Support adults with daily routines including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with eating and drinking safely, following Speech & Language guidelines.
  • Use specialist equipment such as standing frames, hoists, and wheelchairs.
  • Communicate with adults through various methods during activities and community trips.
  • Engage adults in internal activities including hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, and arts and crafts.
  • Work with a team to ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date.

We will pay for your initial DBS check unless you have a portable DBS. If you leave voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary.
