An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit Educational Teaching Assistants who will work as part of our team to shape a high‑quality Additional Resourced Provision for children with complex communication and interaction needs (CCI) from Reception to KS2, across two sites. The posts are initially sited within the junior ARP, with the possibility to work within the infant ARP once opened.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead group activities for pupils and work with pupils on an individual basis.
- Partner with parents/carers, families and other professionals to maximise outcomes for pupils.
- Work within a supportive learning community, engaging in reflective practice, risk‑taking, and research‑based innovations.
