• Deliver evidence‑based nursing practices according to current policies and standards of care.
• Maintain continual communication with patients, families, nurses, and the healthcare team about status, care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medication using advanced bar‑scanning technology to assure safety.
• Document point‑of‑care assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations.
• Educate patients and families for optimal health and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharge and transition to subsequent care.

• Current, valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within three years of hire.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• Telemetry certification is a plus.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• National certification is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, quick learning, accountability, and dedication to high quality patient care.

Minimum rate: $45.73 per hour. Compensation is benchmarked against market data, experience, education, certifications, skills, location, and internal equity. Shift differentials and performance incentives may apply.
