• Deliver nursing practices based on evidence‑based research, policies, and standards to provide safe, individualized patient‑centered care.
• Communicate continuously with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members regarding patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
• Maintain optimal patient and guest satisfaction in accordance with Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medication using the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family‑centered care to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on plans of care and goals from admission to discharge, ensuring seamless transition and continuity of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience, or active participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Minimum rate: $44.24 hourly.
