Part‑time 3pm-11pm shift Registered Nurse Supervisor.
Base pay range$48.00/hr - $48.00/hr

- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift
- Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans
- Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance
- Educate residents, families, and team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence
- Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
- Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Long‑term care experience preferred but not required
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- LPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered
- Part‑time only!
