Registered Nurse - Cardiac Diagnostics - Per Diem

Overview

Registered Nurse - Cardiac Diagnostics - Per Diem at Hackensack Meridian Health (Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel, NJ). Per diem position with responsibilities centered on delivering patient-centered cardiac diagnostic care in collaboration with the health care team.

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, individualized patient-centered care for a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, care rendered, and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Provide patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of the patient s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey nursing license required.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry RN experience required.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly. Posted pay reflects the minimum base pay; total rewards package includes additional benefits. This reflects compliance with applicable pay transparency laws.
