Hard Rock - [Kitchen Staff / Grill Cook / Prep Cook] As a Sushi Cook at Hard Rock, you'll:
Ensure all menus and food produced in your section is to the standards set down by the management team;
Recreate recipes, techniques and menu items as directed by Management;
Communicate with the chefs to order proper quantities for following shifts;
Be responsible for daily preparation of all food requirements and daily specials for your section.
