Hard Rock - [Busser / Porter / Cleaner] As a Runner at Hard Rock, you'll:
Clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures;
Serve all guests according to established standards of service;
Deliver all items in a timely and courteous manner;
Assist servers and bussers as necessary with established pre-bus and pre-set standards;
Communicate customer requests to assigned server;
Be knowledgeable of restaurant seating plan including sections, table numbers and seat numbers.
