Tax Manager

Hollywood, Florida – Hybrid (3 days in office)

They are now looking to add a Tax Manager to ease the load and help guide the next generation of staff. It is a steady role in a calm, well-run firm that values experience, collaboration, and balance.

What they are looking for:

• CPA required (EA considered if authorized to represent before the IRS)
• Five or more years in public accounting
• Strong review experience across individual and business returns
• Confident handling complex tax issues across different industries
• Experience with CCH Axcess is essential

• Hybrid working, with three days in the office
• No rigid reporting lines. Work is assigned flexibly
• You will mentor staff, support partners, and bring calm to a busy team

• $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
