• Under the direction of the Asst. Beverage Manager, the Model Server is responsible for serving and expediting guests’ drinks. Promotes the lounge; acts as a brand ambassador; entertains and interacts with clientele and ensures the highest levels of guest service at all times.
• Mix of sales ability, positive upbeat attitude and image. All model servers must maintain the original mix as hired to maintain their status as a model.
• Sales Ability – focus and sell designed products as selected by management (e.g., menu signature drinks, specials, specific holiday beverages or drinks, wines as selected by management, and other featured products).

• Uniform is clean, fitted by tailor and well maintained. It should reflect the intended look and vibe as designated by department management. Alterations are by approved wardrobe tailor.
• Body presentation should reflect a healthy, fit look and be similar to the time of hire.
• Team member appearance should include a well-prepared fresh look. Males: clean shave or well-maintained facial hair. Females: hair styled and makeup. Be in proper attire at shift start.

• First violation results in a Coaching and Counseling document.
• Second violation results in a Record of Discussion with a 30-day remediation plan.
• Third violation may result in removal of model job code and reassignment.

• If special circumstances require exemption from the uniform standard, notify management and HR immediately. Exceptions may include pregnancy or other accommodations under state/federal law.
• Employees returning from LOA have up to 8 weeks to comply with uniform standards.
• Fit and appearance determinations are made by department and HR leadership based on standards and vendor sizes.

• Exhibits conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole policies.
• Takes guest orders, serves drinks and handles payments; adheres to cash handling procedures.
• Markets and promotes the lounge, develops a personal clientele list, and acts in a PR capacity.
• Develops promotional ideas to increase business and revenue.
• Models designer apparel; may be required to change costumes during a shift.
• Interacts and entertains guests to create a memorable experience and build loyalty.
• Maintains safety, notifies supervisors of accidents or irregularities, and assists with training new team members.
• Follows check settlement procedures and may participate in professional photoshoots.
• Acts as a role model and upholds responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Meets attendance requirements and performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of beverage/cocktail service experience.
• Previous experience in a nightclub/entertainment venue preferred.
• Modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five years required.
• Experience in upscale gaming lounge or similar environment preferred.
