About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Site Civil to join our widely respected and growing Civil/Facilities Division in our Hollywood, FL office location. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting technical solutions, maintaining relationships, and driving business development for new and existing clients.
• Lead and Mentor a team of multidisciplinary engineers fostering professional growth.
• Work with the Division Director to contribute to setting the growth strategies and initiatives, while continuously enhancing the site/civil practice by staying informed on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Florida PE Required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the consulting industry.
• Business Development experience required.
• Public presentation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of State and Local site design standards and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
