- $65,000 – $120,000+ per year (Hourly base + commission I Guaranteed Hours)
- This position is paid hourly with guaranteed hours, plus a commission accelerator based on revenue produced. Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well.
- Run residential plumbing service calls
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Follow company pricing, approval, and safety procedures
- Work independently with dispatch, pricing and management support
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (more is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Willingness to follow pricing and operational systems
- Guaranteed hourly pay + commission
