• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and resolve concerns
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve experience
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features, including Wallet; direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering
• Handle returns following policies and escalate when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage stock during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and related duties while complying with laws and policies
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs

• Accurately handle checkout operations and cash handling as needed
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise; lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of shift; exposure to varying temperatures
