Pet Hotel Attendant – Holly Springs, NC
Trinity Animal Hospital, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, is looking for a Pet Hotel Attendant to join our team. We provide primary care, boarding, daycare, grooming, and bathing services for dogs and cats in Holly Springs, Apex, and Raleigh. This role supports patient wellness and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Walk, feed, clean, and care for dogs and cats in the boarding kennel
- Bathe and trim nails of pets
- Monitor guests and administer medication as instructed
- Perform kennel technician duties as needed, including cleanings and reset of kennel equipment
- Recognize emergency situations and take appropriate action
- Entry‑level with a passion for pet care
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Multitasks, prioritizes and follows through on tasks
- Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends as scheduled
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Love for animals and people
- Basic computer skill to operate software
- Reliable, punctual and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day and lift 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to interact strongly with each client and create memorable experiences
- Submit to holiday/weekend work as scheduled
Hourly pay range: $12.00/hr – $15.00/hr, based on skills and experience.
