The Manufacturing Technician provides hands-on support to daily manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. This role executes assigned tasks in compliance with cGMP requirements, site SOPs, and safety standards to ensure equipment readiness, material flow, accurate documentation, and overall area preparedness for safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

** Description / Duties*
* + Execute assigned manufacturing support tasks in accordance with approved SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements

+ Support equipment setup, breakdown, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization activities

+ Perform material staging, movement, and reconciliation of consumables and components

+ Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, and forms) in real time

+ Maintain manufacturing area readiness, including housekeeping, 5S, and visual management standards

+ Identify, document, and promptly escalate deviations, discrepancies, safety concerns, or abnormal conditions

+ Participate in shift handoffs, daily huddles, and cross-functional communication

+ Complete required training and support continuous improvement initiatives

* + High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of work experience, OR

+ Associate's Degree with 6+ months of work experience, OR

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Ability to reliably execute assigned tasks in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

+ Clear verbal and written communication skills

+ Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within cross-functional teams

+ Prior GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
