Maintenance Coordinator (Insight Global)

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to work onsite at one of our largest pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in the Holly Springs area. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting GMP‑compliant operations by planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across biopharmaceutical production areas. This role ensures equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and minimal downtime through effective scheduling and documentation.

$38.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules using CMMS platforms (e.g., EAMS, SAP, Maximo).
  • Coordinate work orders, technician assignments, and parts availability to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align schedules with production needs.
  • Track and report maintenance KPIs, including completion rates, downtime, and resource utilization.
  • Support planning for equipment shutdowns, calibrations, and validations.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with GMP, OSHA, and site‑specific standards.
  • Assist in the setup and scheduling of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) procedures.
  • Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling in a GMP‑regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems (EAMS or Maximo preferred).
  • Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, equipment reliability, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment manuals, and SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with biopharma equipment (e.g., autoclaves, chromatography skids, centrifuges).
