The Holly Springs facility is our client's flagship North American site and is set to become the largest end-to-end cell culture biopharmaceutical CDMO facility on the continent With a $2 billion investment and nearly 1 million square feet of space, this site is designed to support large-scale drug substance manufacturing, automated fill-finish, packaging, and labeling operations.

The facility features:

• 8 x 20,000L bioreactors (with future expansion capacity for 24 more)
• Cutting-edge automation and sustainability infrastructure
• A projected 725 new jobs by 2028

Plant Engineering Technician - Process

Location: Holly Springs, NC

Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm

Overtime: Occasional, not to exceed 42–44 hours/week

On-Call: Rotational, TBD

Pay: $30-35/hr

Must-haves

- minimum 2 year degree from a technical school

- desire to learn the facilities operations within a pharmaceutical setting

- computer fluency - ability to document changes within SAP or Trackwise

Day-to-Day

An employer in the Holly Springs area is looking for a Plant Engineering Technician to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the following:

- preparing work orders out of SAP - processing all documentation for Sr. Technicians

- Participates in the establishment and improvement of new and existing process support equipment

- Provides technical specifications and information to Quality, Manufacturing, Process-Project Engineers, and other MMD requestors

- completing validation protocols, documenting work using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - Maximo, SAP)

- prepare inspection reports concerning operation and mechanical condition of equipment.
