We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children ages 2+ and supportive services for their families and caregivers. We currently have clinics in Cary, Raleigh, Holly Springs, and Charlotte, and this posting is for our clinics located in Cary, Raleigh and Holly Springs.

• Provide one‑on‑one behavioral interventions to clients in both home and center‑based settings
• Run skill acquisition programs with clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis
• Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift
• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and accurately record data on clients’ progress
• Maintain and protect the well‑being of all clients during treatment sessions

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma;
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
• At least one (1) year of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
• Possession of the RBT certification or work experience equivalent
• Must be caring, energetic, and detail‑oriented
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours
• Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety
• Ability to get up and down from the floor independently

• Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings

Starting at $20 per hour based on experience.

Hours available between 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday.

Full-time, Part-time.
