Formulation and Filling Technical Services Engineer/Scientist

• Provide technical support for the transfer of new vaccines into the Holly Springs Fill/Finish area.
• Technical protocol and summary report generation as related to technical studies executed in direct support of GMP manufacturing activities.
• Manufacturing on-floor technical support and troubleshooting (off hours as necessary).
• Deviation investigation and technical assessments.
• Collection, organization, trending, and analysis of GMP manufacturing data.
• Work independently and in a multifunctional team with members from manufacturing, automation, engineering, QA and QC.

• Experience working in a GMP environment.
• Experience in sterile injectable manufacturing (Formulation, Filling, Inspection).
• Experience in data analysis and technical writing.

• GMP production of vaccine products.
• Process validation.
• Familiarity with LIMS, Trackwise, Delta V, and/or Pi data historian.
• BS Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experience.
• MS Science or Engineering and 3+ years of experience.
