Building Automation System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer with strong Siemens Desigo expertise to support building and facility automation systems in a regulated environment. This role will function as a technical lead, supporting system design, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support.

This is a hands‑on, onsite role supporting critical facility and utility systems.

• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain BAS/BMS systems using Siemens Desigo
• Lead and support commissioning, start‑up, FATs, and SATs
• Review vendor submittals, control drawings, sequences of operation, and technical documentation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and customers
• Support system optimization and off‑shift emergency troubleshooting when required
• Advise on automation technologies and project execution strategies

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Siemens Desigo
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, facility utilities, and environmental monitoring systems
• Ability to work independently as a self‑directed technical lead
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail in a regulated environment

• Experience with access control, video surveillance, energy management, or lighting systems
• Windows OS and network troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of ISA / IEC standards
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments
• Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation (CSV)
