The Safety Manager in Holly Springs, NC supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Daily safety audits and inspections.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP).

• Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety experience required.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical safety protocols.
• OSHA 510 required.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Great verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
