We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team. In this position, you will:

• Complete plumbing remodel calls within your current area of expertise.
• Establish customer rapport to build confidence in the team and recommend the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Aim to exceed your KPI goals.
• Successfully complete follow-up calls.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Remodel and/or New Construction experience is required
• Competent in using all tools and resources related to remodel calls.
• Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, safety rules, and procedures.
• Hold at least one state license or certification.
• Engaged in ongoing technical development (e.g., cross-training in different disciplines).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
