Logistics Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation, including loading and unloading of agricultural machinery, automobiles, spare parts, and related equipment.
• Handle import license applications (Trade Net 2.0), customs clearance, and international shipping processes with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare, review, and manage logistics and shipping documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, GRNs, and shipping documents.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import/export logistics, freight operations, or supply chain management.
• Prior experience in logistics operations related to agricultural machinery, automobiles, or spare parts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms, HS codes, and international trade practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, email communication, and general computer applications.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
