• Average length of haul: 300 miles.
• Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
• 24/7 operations support for drivers.

• Earn $1,200–$1,400 gross per week.
• Pay rate: $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus: $500 first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days (must be active and seated at payout).
• Detention pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours.
• Layover/breakdown pay: $100/day.
• Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM based on safety and productivity.
