3rd Shift – Material Handler / Hilo Driver – Holland – $21.00/hr

The role involves operating powered industrial equipment, picking orders, loading trucks, and ensuring safe transport of products. • Report to the Distribution Supervisor, manage receiving, picking, and loading product for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks, and perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and turning.

• High school diploma or GED; excellent attendance record.
• Valid driver’s license or at least 1 year of motorized forklift/Hilo driving experience.
• Availability for 40 hours weekly, overtime, and flexible shift training.
• Complete core skills within 30 days, including basic computer navigation, math, and reading/comprehension.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and detail orientation.
• Stand during shift, with standing breaks every two hours—85% of shift time standing.
• Vision, hearing, and other physical requirements for safe operation.
• Coordination ability for driver/license evaluation.

Consistently / frequently: stand, walk, lift/carry 60 lbs, pull/push 60 lbs, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, carry boxes; occasionally climb stairs.

Environment: exposure to loud noises and machinery.

Strong vision, hearing, reading/writing ability, basic to intermediate math, problem‑solving for pallet stacking, load balancing, and safety checks.
