Als Procesbegeleider werk je nauw samen met ketenpartners en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van het aanmeldpunt en het creëren van praktische oplossingen. Je moet beschikken over een WO-opleiding en 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. Dit is een hands-on functie met een focus op samenwerking en resultaatgericht werken.
