Overview
We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. NBI specializes in high-end remodeling - transforming homes with craftsmanship and care. We are seeking a lead carpenter who is as passionate about teaching and mentoring as they are about fine craftsmanship. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the high-end remodel environment, maintains impeccable standards, and takes pride in developing the next generation of skilled carpenters.
Responsibilities- You'll oversee daily site operations
- Guide other carpenters
- Ensure that each project meets our high standards for quality, performance, and client experience
This is posted as a full-time position, but we are open to entertaining it as a part-time position.
CompensationCompensation: $30 - $38 hourly
