. We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. The role involves ensuring a well‑kept parking lot, assisting members with loading, and overall providing a great member experience.
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities- Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available.
- Assist members, helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.
- Maintain safety of facility as per company policies (safety sweeps, handling merchandise, reporting unsafe situations).
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, resolving issues, promoting products, and maintaining cart availability.
- Execute additional tasks such as contacting members about pickup delays, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative options, ensuring items are packaged and dispensed properly, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
What you’ll do…
Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable (e.g., out of stock); offering alternative product options when needed; ensuring items are packaged and dispensed according to company policies and procedures; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company’s products and services. Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies, conducts safety sweeps, follows procedures for handling merchandise, and reports unsafe situations to management.
